Yoga to Ease Anxiety Sequence. This is a 20-30 minute, well-rounded series of stretches and postures from my book Yoga to Ease Anxiety. It is made up of gentle poses that are accessible to nearly everyone. The focus is on forward folds and turning inward. Enjoy!
Your Basic Warrior II Sequence. a 45 minutes gentle/beginning set of postures leading up to Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, and Side Angle Pose. |
Weekday Practices. a group of five 20-30 minute gentle practices, depending on your pace, to use at home.
Twisty Triangles. This is an hour long plan for beginning to intermediate students. It peaks with reverse triangle and reverse half moon. Building to Bow Pose. A 40ish minute plan leading up to dancer and dhanurasana, bow pose. Plenty of gentle back bend warm-ups,thigh stretches, and some leg strengtheners. |
